We are located at 2385 Sprague Lane in Woodburn, Oregon 97071. Woodburn Premium Outlets is directly across the street, and I-5 is just a few minutes away at Exit 271.

Does Tilian Point allow pets?

Yes! Tilian Point is a pet-friendly community. We allow up to 2 pets per home. A $300 deposit is required for the first pet and $500 for a second, plus $35 per month per pet. Breed restrictions apply. Assistance animals and service animals are always welcome with no fees or deposits required, per Fair Housing guidelines.

Do the apartments include a washer and dryer?

Yes. Every apartment at Tilian Point comes with an in-home washer and dryer — no shared laundry rooms, no trips to the laundromat.

Tilian Point is approximately 38 miles from Downtown Portland via I-5 North — about a 38-minute drive in normal traffic. I-5 access is just minutes from our front door at Exit 271.

Are there apartments with vaulted ceilings or a built-in desk?

Yes, select apartments at Tilian Point feature vaulted ceilings, a stand-up shower and tub, or a built-in desk. These features are not available in all units. Contact our leasing team to ask about specific layouts.
